Daniel C. Carroll
Mr. Carroll has been a member of the Maryland State Bar since 1987, and a member of the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland since 1990. He attended the University of Maryland and received a BA in 1981 and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore Law School in 1987. Mr. Carroll has extensive experience in bankruptcy law and in non- profit law.

Mary Ann Ferguson
Ms. Ferguson has been a member of the Maryland State Bar since 1988. She is also admitted to practice in Washington D.C. and West Virginia. Ms. Ferguson received a Bachelor's Degree from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1980 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore in 1986. She was recently recognized for 10 years of service to the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service. She has served as a volunteer mediation facilitator for the District Court of Maryland since 2001. Ms. Ferguson was elected as a Fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation in 2001 in recognition of her dedication to the welfare of her community and the administration of justice.
